Liberia Anti-Corruption Commission Dashboard

About the Dashboard

Liberia has made notable strides in establishing legal and institutional frameworks to combat corruption and promote good governance. Core integrity institutions – the Liberia LACC, GAC, PPCC, and PAC of the Legislature – play vital roles in investigation, prosecution, oversight, and accountability of public resources. Despite these mandates, performance monitoring and public reporting remain fragmented and largely manual. Most institutions rely on spreadsheets, narrative reports, or static PDF documents. Data is siloed, lacks standardization, and is not shared in real time. As a result, opportunities for evidence-based decision-making, cross-agency collaboration, and meaningful public oversight are limited. These weaknesses have broader implications for Liberia’s governance reform agenda. Without a centralized system to consolidate and visualize anti-corruption performance data, institutional achievements remain underreported, gaps in enforcement are harder to detect, and citizen trust in public institutions remains low. To address these challenges, the Government of Liberia, through the World Bank–funded GREAT Project, has initiated the development of a Data-Driven Interactive Anti-Corruption Dashboard. Led by the LACC in collaboration with GAC, PPCC, and PAC, this digital platform aims to:

Consolidate and standardize anti-corruption performance indicators across integrity institutions.
Provide real-time, data-driven dashboards for institutional decision-makers.
Enable public-facing transparency portals to strengthen citizen oversight and civil society engagement.
Enhance interoperability with future national digital infrastructure, including the Government Service Bus (GSB) and National Data Center.
